Liability Waiver

Please fill out our Liability Waiver before entering the premises. We can, and will refuse service to those who do not have one printed and present.

I,                                             , agree to in no way hold any person of business responsible for any accident, injury, property damage or death occurring to me as a result of handling or riding any horse while on the premises owned by Ashley Varchetto, Chloe Varchetto, Shannon Beard, and Spring creek Farms of Belvidere, IL. I understand that horses are large, unpredictable and inherently dangerous animals and that accidents can and do occur while riding or handling these animals. I understand and agree that I am riding at my own risk. I understand and agree that I am entering these premises at my own risk. I agree to in no way hold any person business responsible for any accident, injury or death occurring to my animal(s), myself, my guests, or my personal properties a result of occupying the previously mentioned premises.
